Combining efforts with the Berlin-based fresh talent, Millbrook who’s released on seminal imprints such as RAM, Viper and Spearhead, ‘Poison’ is an electrifying drum & bass scorcher featuring Fred V’s own mesmerising vocals immersed in cutting edge synth work and growling basslines, a nod to the widely loved style of Fred V & Grafix’s ‘Recognise’ album.

Heart-warming chimes, hazy vocal chops and futuristic drums lay at the core of ‘Glockenspiel Riddim’ as Fred V’s signature feel-good energy raises the vibe into a realm of smile-inducing flourishes and vitalising melodies.

‘Already Disappeared’ is a euphoria drenched singalong anthem. A clear demonstration of his multifaceted production style, Fred V brings together elevating atmospheres with sounds from the deeper side of the drum & bass spectrum.

Illustrious pads and big room synth plucks set the scene on ‘Gezellig’, paving the way for a rumbling reese bassline and drums which include old school breaks with a 2021 twist. Prepare to be taken to a world of exhilarant vibrations and blissful auras.

With his debut album marking a fresh chapter in his career as a solo artist, Fred V’s journey so far has been a remarkable one. Etherwood and Zara Kershaw present their latest liquid ballad ‘Lighthouse’, a collaboration that will light up the hearts of drum & bass lovers around the world following their powerhouse classic ‘Souvenirs’. This 2021 edition oozes with euphoria and soul with Zara’s enchanting vocals and a smooth amen break coming together to create a jubilant drum & bass masterpiece.

With a nod back to some of his most popular productions like ‘Cast Away’ and ‘Fire Lit Sky’, the irresistibly nostalgic ‘Dahlia’ sees Etherwood’s signature melodies and chord progressions perfectly intertwined. ‘Caliban’ warms the soul with ambient soundscapes, illustrious synth swells, hypnotising vocal chops and crisp rolling drums. Embracing his love for alt-pop and indie-electronic styles, ‘Follow The River’ rides through the 140BPM territories welcoming the multitalented Lily Budiasa. Based out of the Gold Coast in Queensland, Australia, Lily also features on ‘Neon Dust’ and ‘Underwater’ and fronts the ambient-folk band TH’FIKA. ‘Follow The River’ is emotive, raw and inspirational with sensual guitar alongside folk-style vocals.

Soulful drum & bass connoisseur and Goldfat Records head honcho, Mitekiss is ready to make his mark with his highly anticipated second studio album ‘Bolivian Hotel Bistro’, on Hospital Records. Consisting of 16 delicately crafted masterpieces, expect a fusion of his signature liquid-jazz style with a versatile set of influences spanning house, garage, ambient and minimal tempos, as he brings in a range of exciting new talent including Vonné, Emiko, Duskee, Ruth Corey, B-ahwe, Milo Merah, Pixie Cola and gürl.

The dreamlike ‘Sophie’s Tale’ will send listeners into a deep state of liquid lusciousness. Mitekiss provides immersive synth work and mesmerising reversed piano chords that are perfectly complemented by Milo Merah’s majestic vocals. Switching up the style, album title track ‘Bolivian Hotel Bistro’ sees Mitekiss draw for a wildcard as he ventures into the higher tempo realms of house and techno. Made up of enticing pads and techno-inspired arps, there isn’t a sound that Mitekiss can’t conquer.

‘Droplets’ warms the soul with playful chimes that send tingles down the spine, skippy drumwork and a jazz-inspired bassline. Mirroring the sounds of raindrops, Mitekiss takes us on a sombre sonic journey accompanied by Leeds-based vocalist B-ahwe’s enticing harmonies.
