Planes & Trains from Hot Since 82 was released on a Suara compilation a year ago. It was one of our biggest tracks and we knew that we had to give it a second life. "Planes & Trains Remixes" consists in four tracks, we have the Original Mix from the same Hot Since 82 and also three remixes from three top artists: wAFF, Dosem and Fairmont. Each remix it's very different from the other so we ended up with a very eclectic EP.  Check out how we have revived a cut that never died!

As summer fast approaches, Saved Records turn up the heat with a blistering new track from Dee Montero. The Northern Irishman locks into an energetic groove and rides a relentless rhythm with the unstoppable “Full Body.” Rapid-fire, funky drum patterns set the tone right from the off before a fully loaded and tropical bassline thumps in and sweeps the track off with unrestrained momentum. The clammy, dubby atmosphere interplays with faint melodies to create a peak-time bomb that is as fierce as it is addictive.

Ex-LFO member Gez Varley aka G-Man turns “Full Body” on its head with his remix on the flip. The Warp veteran takes us into deliciously deep territory, drenching his remix in stretched pads, warms synths and textured sonics. There is a vintage sheen projected throughout the track which flows with a natural and organic sincerity.

MiekeJames, Hello Shadow - Run Away (Ben Pierre Remix) [Future Avenue]

Emanuel Satie returns once again with his energetic brand of house music for his third EP on Get Physical following last years ‘Gold EP’ and ‘Private Show EP’ earlier this year. The three-track EP titled ‘Free At Last’ showcases the young Germans talent for groove. Leading the EP, ‘Free’ relies on deep acid-y lines supported by itchy percussion. He’s draped a dramatic vocal over the top to give it a special organic and house-y touch. ‘Bottoms Up’ rides the energy wave further utilizing chopped and looped vocals to great effect. Underneath that we find a smooth sub bass line flexing its muscles beautifully. Finally ‘On Repeat’ bears a wildly organic and almost jungle vibe that is sure tokeep even the most challenging of dance floors at fever pitch. The almost tribal percussions temporarily give way soft and enchanting chords before letting the rhythm back in. All in all another striking EP from Emanuel Satie, proving he’s a special talent and one to watch.

Dj Le Roi has been a favourite and on instant replay at the Noir Music offices for quite some time, so when he sent us this 2 tracker we fell in love right away and even better..... the tracks grew, grew and grew on us.
“I Loved You First” is a solid house groover with inspiration from the good old garage days in the 90s.
Chords and vocals that sounds so good you can almost smell the vinyl release.
“Heartbreaker” is a deeper, spoken word journey with soothing melodies and a more current deephouse sound. Perfect for those warm-up hours or poolside parties.

Nikola Gala delivers a stripped down to “no bull-shit” techy remix of “I Loved You First”.
Nikola has had great success with Rekids, Ibadan and Brise lately with his in your face tech-sound.
Simplicity and a hypnotic groove is usually the best weapon and this remix is a perfect prove.

Kevin Over is another producer we have fallen in love with. His productions are always very special and very well done. On remix duites for “I Loved You First”, Kevin has taken the oldschool house/techno route and made the track work for the late night sessions. Another pearl from Mr. Over indeed.

Clio delivers the only remix of “Hearbreaker” and his sub-heavy sound suits the spoken word perfectly.
The track is now ready for peak-hour and late night sets. Another quality-slap of tech house stompin' extremely well executed by Clio.
