Chris Llopis has been a driving force in electronic music since the late '90s, with a rich catalog of releases on respected labels like Fabric Records, Tooloop, and Micronica. While he initially explored both minimal and techno, his focus has evolved towards a refined minimal house sound that defines his current style.

Chris's passion for electronic music ignited at age 13 after a trip to Spain, inspiring him to purchase his first set of Technics SL1210 turntables. He began performing in youth clubs and venues around his hometown in Sweden, and at 20, he relocated to Copenhagen, immersing himself in the city's techno rave and club scene.

In 1998, Chris released his first vinyl on the German label Tatsu, which gained traction in the minimal trance community and marked the beginning of his global reach. Following this early success, he toured internationally and released music on various influential labels.

After a break in his career, Chris is now back, actively releasing new music on labels such as Tooloop, Bodyparts, Juuz, Micronica, and Purpleprint Music. Known for his collaborative spirit, he has worked with numerous artists and continues to captivate dance floors with his dynamic blend of tech and minimal house. Chris's sets are crafted to keep the crowd moving, showcasing his deep connection to the dance scene and his ever-evolving sound.

We’ve come a long way, and today we’ve finally reached the end of our journey.
The fourth and final release of our Anotimpuri series features Dan Primaru aka Primarie, a well-known figure in the Romanian underground scene and the owner of Tzinah Records.

Looking back on this past year, we’ve laughed and cried through the frozen winter and the heat of summer. We’ve watched spring bring our reality to life piece by piece, and now it’s time to leave everything behind and embrace a new chapter in our lives.

Four artists, four seasons, four stories.
Your unimaginable support has turned moments into memories that live beyond their digital imprint,forever a part of our soul.

We are deeply grateful for the opportunity to have met so many incredible people along this journey. Special thanks to the artists who made this compilation possible and to their teams,their dedication to music has always been an inspiration to us.

Hotstufff Records is an Istanbul-born minimal house label and event organizator. A selective community, singular nights, and recordings that keep the room alive. Over the past year our party series hosted Topper, Denis Kaznacheev, Cabanne, Maayan Nidam and Gianni, with nights connecting scenes such as Groove & Flavor. Hotcast lands as live takes straight from the floor. The label and community are led by Istanbul locals Ali Cem, Childplay and Meri. Each event has been a statement in sound, where the music meets its people, embracing the now, staying forever young, and staying true to the pulse of our community and the essence of individuality.
