//RAQQA// evokes the tumult, the need for creativity and human expression to arise in the world in an unpredictable, unconstrained, and sometimes brutal way. It is a question of giving birth to the confrontation of basic sound elements, a whole ecosystem of complex and interdependent elements giving rise to real sound tables.

RAQQA is improvised electronics by Nicolas Zentz and Nino Baleyte.

Guitarist based in Paris, Current member of SUNN O))), NAZORANAI, KHANATE. Originating New Hampshire 1974, arriving Paris in 2007 via NYC via LA via Suffolk via Seattle. Fortunate frequent collaborator; with artists and musicians from various paths of creativity in live and recorded music, visual art, design, theatre, film.
