Roots:
Soulo crafts hypnotic journeys of groove and soul, blending Progressive, Afro and Melodic House into his signature sound Groove Tech. Inspired by retro, funk, disco & house culture and refined in the underground spectrum, his sets move both body and soul. He hails from tropical Unawatuna, situated in Galle, Sri Lanka. 

Style:
Soulo creates music that blends groove, soul and energy into one hypnotic flow. Inspired by his father’s records collection, he listened to the sounds of Queen, Abba, Madonna, Boney M, Michael Jackson, and Elton John. He grew up loving funk, house, and with timeless rhythms before carving his own path in electronic music.

Since 2020, he has been shaping a unique sound called Groove Tech, which fuses Progressive House, Afro House, Techno, and Melodic grooves. His sets are soulful, high-energy journeys that move both body and vibration, earning him a reputation as one of Sri Lanka’s most versatile underground artists.

That’s how LADOX describes himself as a DJ. Never afraid to go too deep, his emotive musical selections are his own therapy. Having grown up alongside the beginning of the House & Techno era and passionate about all kind of electronic music, LADOX ended up with quite a mixed spectrum of musical influence. Today, this translates into sets where he travels around a great variety of styles merging them with an unique and personal way.
