Gojnea76 is not like other Romanian artists, although perhaps once part of the Ro scene G76 is now an entirely different beast. His productions and DJ sets have a certain mechanical funk to them that swagger where others play it straight. Taking a much darker route than many of his contemporaries, his sweet spot can be found in many of the unreleased gems that can be found on his Bandcamp page. Taking inspiration from a myriad source of creative outpouring, G76 expands his musical palettes in all directions  and the ideas that he melds together are a true testament to this process. A constant in the [a:rpia:r] core setup, he has been at the centre of the Romanian minimal community since he decided on his chosen path. With the 14th edition of our mix series, Scotia takes us on a rambunctious carousel ride. Picture crystalline shine off slightly dysfunctional toys and gremlins’ teeth flashing as we rave through the apocalypse. 
Increasingly recognized for her unapologetic and occasionally unsettling “transsexual acid sound”, Scotia's a beloved figure rising quickly in the US scene. Raised on a love for classic New York City disco, 90's punk, acid, and electroclash, her sets have received rapturous praise at parties like Ever Afters Campout, Wrecked, The Bunker NY, and at grassroots raves across the US. Her newest record, "Human Host", has been played by DJs ranging from BMG and Mike Servito in the US, to Paranoid London and Hodge in England.
