House of Roots brings the best in conscious Rootical Reggae played in its original form, Vinyl, over the beautiful machine that is the House of Roots SoundSystem. Sir Phillpotts Owner/Operator/Selecta  alongside Jah Sahl Selecta and crew.

Soundsystem is at the heart of reggae itself and nothing compares to hearing such incredible music thru some custom made scoops and horns, it truly warms the soul.

Thats right, House of Roots is a one off, made from scratch home built Dub sound system, with bells n whistles.

As well as touching on foundation Roots and Dubwise we're looking forward to featuring plenty plenty new school Roots, Dub and Steppas from around the globe and showcasing local Dub reggae artist in a heavyweight style and pattern.

All this with a massive nod to the sound systems of old and new and inspired by the UK sounds of my youth. Saxon, Jah Shaka, Aba Shanti, Channel One and Iration steppers just to name a few.
