Another new face joins the NEM camp this March, an artist we’ve been following for a while; Space Jump, with his debut release on the label, ‘I’m Free’ EP. After hitting the reset button, taking a step forward, and redeveloping his style with a new alias, Space Jump reveals a fresh, new direction that combines his love of House, Disco, and that classic Acid sound.

With his first release on the highly acclaimed Weapons receiving massive support from BBC Radio 1's Sarah Story, Charlie Hedges, Jaguar and label boss, Danny Howard, alongside Kiss FM and prominent DJ support from the likes of Eats Everything, Tita Lau, John Summit, Sam Divine and more. With follow up releases on Catz ‘N’ Dogz label, Pets Recordings, Eats Everything’s Edible and Monki’s & Friends imprint; Space Jump is quickly asserting himself as one to watch in the House scene. The ‘I’m Free’ EP encapsulates Space Jump’s new distinctive sound, showcasing chugging drums, otherworldly oscillations, sci-fi tinged synth melodies, rave-inspired modulations and euphoric chord work with cleverly used chopped vocal samples throughout. Make sure you turn this EP up loud; definitely one for the clubbers!

Space Jump - I'm Free

Seasoned Swiss producer, KHAINZ, fresh back from rocking the Half Moon festival in Thailand and announcing his forthcoming Tomorrowland solstice, peaks again with a debut release for Joris Voorn's Spectrum.

A brilliant brace is fronted by the title track 'The Drift'... 'When I synthesized the bass of The Drift I knew it could be something great!'
The coarseness of the synth adds a layer of dirt and imposing power, which together with the contrasting pureness of its melody works to create a powerful dancefloor moment.

The techno tandem is complete with 'Elevation,' a track that reaches new heights via its growling, all-conquering bassline. 'The bass definitely makes Elevation unique and it works so well on the dancefloor. Both tracks are extremely punchy, whilst not being too hard.'

The Spectrum family continues to grow and we couldn't be more excited to welcome Khainz aboard. You catch our drift?
