The Houston Audio Arts Scene (HAAS) is a growing collective of musicians and artists in the Houston Area. Spawned from the audio maestros of local Game Jams, we are focused on the production of music and art for video games and media. Our mission is to learn from and appreciate each other's craft while also fostering professional exposure and local community.

Our collective meets online every two weeks in the HAAS audio channel to participate in creative "challenges" wherein each member creates an artistic or musical work following an agreed upon constraint or guideline.  We have most recently completed the "HAAS Voltron" - a group of three works where everyone blindly contributed a single track after hearing only one "Leader Stem".
