I remember how precious Mira's birthdays have always been to me. There she was, this radiant queen, celebrating life and music with an exquisite line-up every year. She was one of my first role models and I secretly wished I could follow in her footsteps one day too. Never would I have dreamed of one day even being able to play at her birthday party! THANK YOU MIRA for this invitation! Thank you for holding my hand before the gig - God I was nervous! And THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart for this great booking. It was an additional feast for me to see so many strong, talented and awesome women on the line-up. I haven't danced so much in ages ;)
THANK YOU also to ALL the people who were there and danced with an incredible passion. My intention is to give unconditional love for the dance floor - sometimes a rare commodity in these times. And wow what a gift to get so much love back. YOU ARE A GIFT! THANK YOU! And with this recording, may the love always be with you <3
