BLACK ANT - NO TECH ZERO

"Rest In Desire" is the continuation of the reflection I began in "Orchestration of My Joy": Looking at my belly button and trying to figure a way out of chaotic evenings, restless nights of not knowing what to do with myself. The answer lied in the Cinema.
With this new album I look at eye-contacts, I look at my desire, I look at a breakup, at hope and the space love takes in my life.

A lot of the songs on there are built with reworked recordings of live performances I attended over the years, either during Rewire festival (2023/2024) or Default concerts throughout 2024 and 2025. I would typically record with my iPhone or a Zoom H1. I usually resample old songs of mine and add other's voices/field recordings to get out of my head.

"Kiss Point" features samples from a performance by Swampling at De Uitkijk in Amsterdam for the "Fly By Night" event series. 

I did everything, from production to graphics, Mixing&Mastering (Made me mentally ill for a second). I did everything, but "I" includes all the support I got throughout the making of this thing. The presence my family (the large meaning of family, if you feel it you are it-) Thank you for your ears and the hugs.
