My goal as an artist is to create something that sounds a little different and interesting and share it for others to enjoy. I feel like to much music is trying to fit into a genre. I want to create genre bending electronic music.

ARCTRIK's journey through the music scene started off in the London underground rave scene of the early 2000s. While she developed her skills as a Sound Engineer, she she dabbled in producing electronic music under various aliases.

Over the years, her musical evolution continues to push and explore new territories. She effortlessly blends electronica with underground influences. 

Drawing from her classical piano background and being inspired by iconic vocalists like Tori Amos and Bjork, ARCTRIK is delving into the realm of Live vocal performances, promising a fresh, innovative approach to female music producers.

Looking ahead to 2022, with upcoming appearances at clubs and festivals in Dubai and Ibiza, she is set to redefine boundaries within music genres and styles.

A Journey in Electronic Music

It all began on New Year’s Eve 1989. Marc Antoine was captivated while watching a rebroadcast of a Jean-Michel Jarre concert on French television . The fusion of sound and visuals was a revelation, a moment that sparked a lifelong journey into the world of electronic music.

Years later, as the leaves turned and the nights grew longer in 1999, Marc Antoine found himself immersed in London’s vibrant underground scene. The city became the backdrop for his evolution as a DJ, where he first fell in love with the pulsing energy of trance music. London’s eclectic music culture and its thriving nightlife offered him endless opportunities to explore and refine his craft. From intimate clubs to larger venues, he honed his skills in a city that truly lived and breathed electronic music.

Today, Marc Antoine, also known as Marc’O resides in the serene landscapes of northern Thailand, yet the energy and spirit of London’s club culture continue to influence his sets. Each of his performance is a carefully crafted experience; sparking discoveries, and occasionally stirring nostalgia. Drawing from genres like Progressive House, Tech House, Deep House, Minimal, or Techno, he creates evolving narratives that reflect the mood and moment.
