The Brvtalist is pleased to premiere a new track from Brutalismus 3000. One of our favorite Berlin projects returns with a new track on the upcoming DURCH v/a compilation: Solidarity 002 - A Love Letter To The Queer Community. DURCH is a queer collective with a clear vision of solidarity and community building. DURCH operates in Tel Aviv and Berlin trying to bring queer people together, building a culture of inclusion, diversity and tolerance. In the tradition of original raves DURCH organizes solidarity events ranging from parties, to art and community events, with the strong belief that raves are a much needed place for people to come together, celebrate their diversity and learn to respect each other.

After releasing their first v/a earlier in the year, The are back with their second solidarity release of the year: Bolder, queerer and definitely more fun than ever. Take a bit of everything, mix it together and then burn it all down. Building on our previous release DURCH [digital] Solidarity 002 features some well established artists alongside some exciting, well-kept secrets of the electronic dance music scene. You’re in for a bumpy ride and a couple of pretty nasty surprises on the way. Today we bring you the nu gabber post techno punk of "Satan Was a BabyBoomer". 

As always, the proceeds from the release go to Queer causes and this release will benefit TransInterQueer e.V. (TrIQ) and Casa Kuà. Out on April 16th and you can get yours on BANDCAMP.

PREMIERE: Brutalismus 3000 - Satan Was A Baby Boomer (DURCH)

After a lot of hard work, we are proud to announce Gabber Resistance is making its first music release. First of all, we would like to thank all the artists involved for taking the time to produce these tracks and for believing in what we stand for.

The musical objective of Gabber Resistance is to recreate the original hardcore sound of the 90s. All the artists involved tried their best to achieve this sound in their tracks. We will keep working in the future to achieve this. The oldschool sound will survive!

'Gabber Resistance: The Compilation Vol. 1' will soon be available on all music media platforms. Stay tuned!

Hozvak es una DJ y gestora cultural de Bogotá, activa desde 2022. Su trayectoria comenzó de manera autodidacta y se consolidó rápidamente gracias a su presencia constante en la escena rave local y el apoyo de colectivos como GabberMafia y BTACORE.

Su enfoque musical se caracteriza por una mezcla dinámica que va del industrial techno al hardcore, frenchcore, tekno y sonidos ácidos con líneas melódicas intensas. Su selección se mueve con fluidez entre la energía de pista y la exploración sonora, con sets diseñados tanto para el baile como para la liberación emocional.

Hozvak ha destacado por su independencia, autogestión y compromiso con la escena. Ha enfrentado obstáculos personales y estructurales sin abandonar su práctica, sosteniendo su proyecto con constancia y visión clara. Fue una de las primeras mujeres en representar el hardcore/gabber en Bogotá, y ha impulsado espacios donde otras mujeres son protagonistas del line-up, no una cuota simbólica.

Actualmente continúa desarrollando su propuesta artística y generando conexiones dentro y fuera del circuito local, siempre desde una práctica honesta, fuerte y en evolución.
