Right on time for this year's summer season DANIEL PORTMAN comes up with a huge summerish 2 track EP. SALSA takes the proper anthemic direction. While some minimal beats are pounding throughout, Daniel combined them with latin american percussion elements and a catchy brass lick in the breakdown. The ‘Chronicles 24’ artwork displays a photograph of a pair of jellyfish, captured by Daniel Nicholson. Jellyfish come in a variety of types, from the massive Lion’s Mane jellyfish with tentacles over 100 feet long to the tiny, nearly invisible Irukandji, each with unique adaptations suited to their environment. By studying these diverse species, scientists can learn about efficient swimming mechanics, bio-luminescence, and even advanced healing processes, as jellyfish possess remarkable regenerative abilities. Additionally, some jellyfish, like the Turritopsis dohrnii, exhibit biological immortality, offering insights into aging and cellular regeneration that could have implications for human health research.
