A party made by friends for friends - back then, just like today.The strong emotions of these long-year friendships set the keynote for the sound of this compilation, which celebrates the 20th anniversary. Their sound has been influenced by the SOS parties, and at the same time their sound has inspired us - just like this collection of music will do in the future. Sol Selectas is very proud to present this new single from Iranian artist Namito, who has made quite a name for himself over the years in the Techno scene of Berlin. For this single however, Namito creates a new twist on a Persian classic, creating a hypnotic deep house groove, with ethereal uplifting lyrics. The vocals take us on a journey to a time when Persian culture was at it peak of creativity and freedom. Namito heard this traditional song at a family gathering in Iran, sung by his 2 sisters Mojgan and Marjan, and was instantly moved by its beauty. He invited his sisters into the studio the very next day to record their vocals, and the result is “Stone Flower”. We are very excited to finally release this gorgeous track, which pays homage to the Persian tradition, while embracing the modern edge of electronic music at the same time.

The artwork by Helia Jamali, also of Persian decent, takes us into the mystical world of ancient scared geometry and displays the beauty of her home country Iran.

Founded earlier this year, elrow Limited was created as a sister label to elrow Music in order to explore a rawer, minimal sound with a focus on undiscovered talents and upcoming stars. Their fourth release channels this ethos, bringing attention to upcoming Chilean DJ and producer Nico Ferrada. Teaming up with him is established elrow resident De la Swing, who's been at the core of the label's family since debuting on it back in 2012, not to mention releasing on respected labels like Kaluki and Circus Recordings.

'Together' combines a deep bass groove with soulful chords, twinkling effects and delicate vocals. Next up, 'Fireworks' takes a darker approach with a meandering lead and shuffling percussion, laying the foundation for high pitched zaps and beeps as vocals operate throughout.

Bhairava is a Hindu Tantric deity worshiped by Hindus. In Shaivism, he is a fierce manifestation of Shiva associated with annihilation. In Trika system Bhairava represents Supreme Reality, synonymous to Para Brahman. Generally in Hinduism, Bhairava is also called Dandapani (as he holds a rod or Danda to punish sinners) and Swaswa meaning "whose horse is a dog". An avatar (Sanskrit: अवतार, IAST: avatāra), a concept in Hinduism that means "descent", is the material appearance or incarnation of a deity on earth. The relative verb to "alight, to make one's appearance" is sometimes used to refer to any guru or revered human being. The word avatar does not appear in the Vedic literature, but appears in verb forms in post-Vedic literature, and as a noun particularly in the Puranic literature after the 6th century CE. Despite that, the concept of an avatar is compatible with the content of the Vedic literature like the Upanishads as it is symbolic imagery of the Saguna Brahman concept in the philosophy of Hinduism.
