"I Am What You Made Me" was inspired by the Fibonacci Sequence in Mathematics.  I re-recorded some of the sound files because I wasn't happy with some of the rhythmic aspects of the original recording. Mixing and Mastering of the piece was tricky but got there in the end. 

The title of the work was inspired by Star Wars and comes from the most recent Kenobi series. The music features the guitar, cello, sampling, synth, timpani and a great beat. 

The piece was built using the Fibonacci sequence, specifically the numbers, 1, 2, 3, 5 & 8. These numbers were used because as a general rule in music a scale only consist of 8 notes, therefore only a limited amount of the sequence could be used. What made the process unique was being able to match the key notes of E Major with these numbers. In E major the following notes and numbers crossover with the Fibonacci Sequence.  

1 = E
2 = F#
3 = G#
5 = B
8 = E

None of the other notes in this mode were used to create the music. This is a great example of the connection between science, mathematics and music. Enjoy the sounds and keep an eye out for the video coming to the Youtube Channel.
