When I first started this track I intended for it to be a full acoustic ukulele song. I also wanted to write some lyrics for it. Sadly nothing that was worthy came unto me. So it somehow evolve into the track you are listening to now. I just threw on some dancey drums made some chops and called it a dance track. Its got a little bounce to it I hope the mix came out okay though. Maybe you can catch the vibe. Don't share this with your friends... Gate keep it thanks

Brutus Begins is a project by Ricardo Temporao, a Portuguese-Canadian musician writer, and director currently based in Hamilton. The band includes Geoff Burns on bass and Nick Burson on drums. Elements of indie-folk, dance and psych rock are resampled and synthesized, creating a sonic landscape that blurs the lines between the real and the reconstructed.
