Inaugurating the new Magnum Opus series of limited edition vinyl EP’s on Khemia Records are two dynamic young producers at the vanguard of future techno - I Hate Models and Vittorio Di Mango.

On the Solar Side I Hate Models delivers Cyanure Dance an epic voyage full of emotional intensity, stretched across an insistent acid bass line, psychedelic punk-wave distortion, stratospheric arpeggios and ethereal vocals courtesy of the artist himself.

On the Lunar side Vittorio Di Mango presents Epilessia aimed straight to the jugular, a peak-time dance-floor destroyer constructed with machine gun precision over crystalline snares and opiated vocal reverberations.

Between them they form the Nigredo Edition.

Monnom Black will mark its 17th release with its first various artist compilation presented on triple vinyl. Keeping with the label’s modus operandi, the compilation is packed with iconic, raw and uncompromising techno, featuring 13 artists new and old to the imprint, including a re-release of a classic Drax aka Thomas P. Heckmann track from 1993. 

To coincide with the launch of the compilation, Monnom Black will hold its first highly-anticipated label party. Locking arms with the notorious underground Dutch promoters Reaktor, known for their challenging events and pushing the boundaries of what techno has to offer. Together they will celebrate with an electronic onslaught on New Year’s Eve in Amsterdam’s Elementstraat Warehouse. A location cut to the bone that perfectly encapsulates the label and promoters combined vision and ethos.

Dax J curates the night fusing the label together for a special moment in time, with the titan warehouse opening up two of its rooms hosting a monster line up with the likes of CJ Bolland, Regis as CUB, Thomas P. Heckmann, I Hate Models, UVB, Stranger, Zanias, Cressida, Inhalt Der Nacht, Raffaele Attanasio, Tommy Holohan and Remco Beekwilder.

@blockchain_records once again offers its eclectic perspective of Techno by proposing to 3 young French artists to join their force around an EP, mixing acid, rave and old-school synth sounds.

The result is a Face A combining Velcro (@velcroo), originally more  Acidcore oriented, he is known for its efficient rhythmic percussions and effective acid bassline, and his friend NTBR (@nicolasthabart) accustomed to the Parisian warehouses and bangers songs, melting industrial sounds, acid and melodic.

Face B is represented by Clair(aka Brulée) creator and manager of the @carceres-records label. Known on his main project Brulée (@bruleeee)for his highly industrial, melodic and acidic style sounds. He offers here with his Clair project, a more oldschool-rave approach with always a touch of acid which will delight the 90s fans.
