This event was a cultural outdoor event done without major institutional support and was focused on holding space in the city to listen to Palestinian narratives, voices, poem and also others from around the world, all jointly expressing solidarity with Palestinian human rights and express support for the Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions (BDS) Movement
This event brought together many voices together for Palestine last night, beautiful people, including:

Poets for Palestine - Montreal 19 May 2021

listen to sounds from the streets recorded during a major public sector workers protest against austerity in Montreal on Oct. 3, 2015, an action also strongly supported by community groups, activists and student unions. this action was organized to protest the Liberal government cuts to public insitutions in the name of austerity currently taking place in Quebec.

Comment faire un documentaire sonore sur Noël quand le mois de décembre est enflammé par la colère sociale ? J'avais pensé faire un reportage sur le Père Noël, aller dans les grands magasins, en rencontrer un et l'interviewer, parler à quelques enfants, qui y croient, qui n'y croient plus ... mais le mouvement des « gilets jaunes » a éclaté. Les bonnets de Père Noël je les ai vus sur la tête des manifestants, et les sapins dans les barricades. Que dire sur ce thème quand la fête est bloquée par une révolte qui force même les grands magasins à baisser leurs rideaux ?
