ESOTERIC RITUALISTIC TECHNO FROM THE DESERT 
R u d a is an experimental sound project created by Selu Herraiz and Pablo Jordán and brought into visual language by Nico Dardano, playing with abstract and absorbing light forms.

A u t o f a g i a is the concept that surrounds their music . A sound that devours itself as the human psyche devours itself to find the point of light in the center of a dark ocean.

"Saturation, Deflection and Asynchronies: a trance into the language of chaos"

Ruda's work stems from sound experience and landscape, bringing the sounds of nature into dance music by mixing it with resounding slow techno rhythms. A microphone picks up everything that happens in the studio during the recording process and takes it out through the nth channel of massive noise. In the creation of this album they used field recordings, electrical noise generated by DIY circuits, found cassette tapes, analog synthesizers and various homemade instruments.

Ruda is the Protection energy, it is bitter and sedative, it is abortifacient.

BRVTAL welcomes a legendary Italian producer on the fifth vinyl release!

Domenico Crisci has been releasing music for more than ten years, starting with famous labels such as L.I.E.S. and its sub-label Russian Torrent in the US, or Opal Tapes and its sub-label Black Opal in the UK, which really established his career, followed by vinyls on Semantica and Jealous God, but since 2016 he has started his own label Summa Cum Laude, where he has released Collin Stange, Sour and Lowfreq77 records next to his own music.

Born Under Another Sun is a four-song EP that has turned out to be a very unpolished, pulsating, tight and raw material, with a more stripped down sound compared to Domenico's well-known early sound. He continues to not overly overdone, operating with few sounds and eschewing all the nowadays boringly mindless, fashionable overly noisy industrial hammering. As he has done throughout his respectable full career run, on this vinyl he has managed to remain self-identical throughout and has delivered another proper techno record from his hands!

He has forged a sharp sensitivity for electronic music, particularly fond of devastating beats and kicks, generous bass, captivating and spiritual melodies and heartbreaking distortions.
Appreciating life for what is true, intense and precious, DQM- has always made it a point of honor to do things well, by living them to the full, with all his soul, all his energy, whether in human relations, in love, in friendship, in his attraction for nature, adventure, roadtrips and free-parties, sport or video games, so many universes that have structured and nourished him, alongside his demanding and boundless love for music.
