Mic Hunter D, was born in Grand Rapids, MI, during the mid 1980s. At a younger age he was exposed to many different sounds of music, due to his father being a dj. He grew up listening to many of the old Motown groups of the 60s and funk bands of the 70s, But it was the influence of emerging rap in the late 80s that grabbed his attention. 

MicHunter.D started rapping at the age of 15. Heavily influenced by the early Wu Tang artist and movies, he took on the name Mic Hunter D, which was given to him by his older brother and producer Tone Chambers. The name Hunter D comes from the Japanese animation movie Vampire Hunter D. Mic Hunter D is often the topic of discussion in the underground hip hop world because of his skills as an M.C. and his unique unorthodox style and delivery

Fedrick "Mad Bwoy" Manderson was born and raised in Kingston Jamaica. He grew up listening to the sounds of Reggae, Hip-Hop and R&B music by legendary artists like Bob Marley, Beres Hammand, Michael Jackson, Bounty Killer and R. Kelly. As he got older he began to listen to everything from the Bee Gee's to Biggie Smalls and Tupac, which continue to inspire him.

As a child Mad Bwoy spent a great d
eal of time in the studio with his brother, music producer and artist, Cush Hunta. Under his brother’s guidance Mad-Bwoy began recording demos and developed his unique sound.

Mad Bwoy released his first mix tape in the summer of 2007 entitled KING OF 603 which was hosted by the renowned DJ 4iegn of Renegade Sound Station. KING OF 603 has sold over 10,000 copies. Mad Bwoy has been featured on many radio stations including Jamn 94.5 and 88.9 WERS as well as the Jamaican Star in 2008. Mad Bwoy has thrived off of his last album Mr She Like It, which was released in November of 2009. He has also been featured on mix tapes worldwide including Futurist Drop with DJ Weedim from Straightup Sound. He has also been a part of Jammin High with DJ Bus High, also from Straightup Sound, as well as Pon Di Corner with DJ Alexbadman and DJ Sesilover from Irie Soldiers Sound.

Mad Bwoy is currently working on his new album Best Kept Secret. The album will be released this November. Mad Bwoy along with Canadian group Musicnotes have shot a video for She’s a Bullet which will debut in September.

He is also planning to kick off a college tour beginning in early 2011. Mad Bwoy continues to perform at venues around New England, Baltimore and New York. He continues to headline at popular venues across the country and performs with artists like Beenie Man, Shaggy, Lady Saw, Serani, Gyptian and many others
