You wake up on a desert night. The wind whispers, there are sounds of a crackling fire but the night is pitch black.In the distance you hear a pulse, a beat, a faint cry of a guitar. Your feet move towards this desert concert but it is unapproachable and omnipresent, the closer you get the more remote it becomes.

Your mind starts to wander, drifting off and searching for that sound. The desert flips on its head like an hourglass and responds: Fata Morgana.

We present to you the debut single Fata Morgana by Moonwax, the new electronic live act from Amsterdam. This release comes to you with 3 steaming remixes by no one less then unders, Timboletti and KRAUT.

This is what we call a dream start!

Sveiciens sweeties!

Unbeknown to human eyes, it slowly spreads and spans across the soil. Well guarded from sunlight it grows inside until it comes to fruition in its whole glory. Have a taste, don’t be shy. Mycelia are interwoven with forest floors and provide a most subtle form of communication. Under the veil of darkness words are not important anymore, our feelings will lead the way through doors of deception into a world that’s strangely parallel to the one we accepted as the real one for so long. What is real anyway?

Well. Honestly we don’t know any more than you. But what’s definitely real is the feels we get from this beautiful collage of sounds, carefully crafted to perfection by Ameli Paul. The Berlin based duo has already made quite the name for themselves with their enchanting live performances and releases. Just like the universe, their catalogue and ours alike (and maybe soon even your vinyl collection) expands with Mycelia.

Spanning from a hot and hungry rave-ioli approach at dance floors over into a soft and cozy fireplace cuddle, just for a second though, only to hop back onto the dance floor with nothing less than a double remix by brutalo-disco hero Curses and finished off with Brigade pulling out the whipped cream and sprinkles on the opener, this release may as well be called a micro album instead of the ordinary acronym “EP”. Or mini at least.

Anyways, we are maximally delighted to welcome the two on our little adventure label.
May these songs offer you some (de)light in the upcoming months of darkness, you are not alone out there.

Time passes, and the people of Ukraine continue to suffer from the Russian war of aggression. We feel obliged not to watch this cruelty wordlessly and idly. The senseless violence emanating from Russia is condemned by us in the strongest possible terms.

With Pieces for Peace we want to show that we as a community are aware of the people in Ukraine and that their suffering is not unseen. But from this we also want to be able to contribute to the relief efforts. In order to use it efficiently, all the proceeds of the campaign will be donated to the International Committee of the Red Cross, which is tirelessly at work, whether in the humanitarian or diplomatic field.

The compilation will only be available for two weeks. After that, all collected proceeds from it will be donated to the ICRC.

All artists are offering their contribution to this EP without any financial compensation.
We sincerely thank all the participating artists and all those who contribute with their support.

After an extremely successful debut in 2022 followed by a series of singles over the next year, Berlin based composer and producer Jonas Schilling is back with his three track EP „Smoke“. 

„Fire“ is the first single of the EP. It focuses on the prime forces that bring people together, let them share warmth and tell stories, while stimulating their curiosity for the dark and unknown. 
The song „Fire“ is based on a rousing beat over which a warm and mysterious vocal unfolds. The whole atmosphere resembles a driving dance around a big campfire.

That was the response we got from the Ibiza Radio DJ, when we tried to get them to air an early version of this.
To be honest - the screaming howl - a severely twisted version of the R&B original vocal - and the hard driving Moroder:ish acid-b-line might not have been the most top 40 friendly material around.
So turn it into a radio friendly version? 
NO WAY!!! Instead we took that as the obvious name for the track - and bounced it back and forth into two even more underground versions - raw and wharehouse-twiddles - and have since been road testing them as secret weapons on numerous dancefloors, causing bit of mayhem whenever dropped. 
From April 5th they will be available on the Interwebz
