● What is love for you?
I am the father of a 3yo little girl, so when I think about the love she's the first thing that springs to mind!
Love is the ultimate necessity to give without needing a return. Giving love to others around us is the most generous act we are capable of, while receiving love is what makes us bloom.
I would have never made this EP without the love and support of the love of my life, my partner in crime, my best friend: my beautiful wife who pushed me to share the music I had inside of me with the world.

● What's the closest thing to real magic for you?
We all experience magic every day as the driving force that binds the universe together. I became Buddhist a few years ago which gave me a way to connect to that energy. With this in hand, you can overcome any obstacle in your life and you become the only architect of your happiness and one of the people around you. It doesn't beat Dr Strange but we're not too far off :)

● What's the most useless talent you have?
I can make my eyes tremble. Don't ask me how, I just can. Yes, I know it's creepy.

Love Foundation will use this money for its water development project in Kenia and that way we will make a bridge back to Africa, since this track is Peters edit of the beautiful track Fourou by Adama Dramé. Nadav Dagon joined the Love Foundation Family about two years ago. He was one of main driving forces in bringing love to Israel and has played countless of live shows in the name of love, all over the world. Now it is his time for a different contribution with his tribal ethnic track Ima Aba. This rework comes from the young talent @Feinheitsbrei from Dresden. He already gifted us a beautiful own track in June and gave Nadav's track now a retouch that gives the whole track more of a club feeling. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do! 

As always with Hug Records 50% of the income of this track are donated to our social partner @Love-Foundation, the other 50% are split equally between Hug Records and the artist.

Bluetwo Fragment One

We met @luimafuta thanks to our friends from @downvienna at a wild party at Fluc in Vienna in 2019 . We spend some nice days together and feel in love with his live set. When Jonas aka @KlangDruide then send us " A Spoon full of honey" as release proposal earlier this year, we directly had to think of Lui and knew this would be a great match. Lui took his friend Puste along with his trumpet and out came this beauty of a track. Due to Corona we could not enjoy their live performance at Klunkerkranich last Saturday the 14.03, but we hope the song puts a smile on your face where ever you are right now. 

As always with Hug Records 50% of the profit raised with this track are donated to the Water Project from @Love-Foundation. The other 50% are split equally between Artist and Label.

KlangDruide - A Spoon Full Of Honey (Lui Mafuta, Puste Remix)

Thomas aka @thomas-gaarthuis is a Dutch musician that is living in the picturesque Haarlem. He has been producing for many years and made a beautiful remix for us in the very first month of our existence. He is also an avid supporter of LF Amsterdam and we are thankful that he agreed to add his own production to our releases from this year. The title Rompompom came up when Thommie was exploring vocal elements to add to the track.

As for the remix; last year Thommie remixed 'Red Dust' for @theoddness, so this moment was perfect to do it the other way around. Happy to have The Oddness remix Rompompom.

@ahaumusic aka Claudio grew up at the foot of the Andes mountains in Chile
and his roots can be found in the production of Vedanta. The Remix was
made by @h2ooooo aka Marjorie from France and she gave it a very different twist with a long slow build up. Both are just at the beginning of their production careers and we look forward to see what else they will be producing in the near future. 

As always with Hug Records, 50% of the
Profit from the sale of this track will go towards supporting the water

Monkyman and Love Foundation is a love story that already started a year ago. Due to the pandemic we did not manage to bring it together on the dancefloor so far, but it is only a matter of time till that happens.

In order to deepen the relationship between us anyways, we created a beautiful EP around this track, with remixes by the Oddness, Lente and Ouhana. We wrote him, he send us this beauty and we are happy to do his first label release. The track Marrow for him is about living the moment and not wondering too much about tomorrow, so we invite you to do exactly that. Enjoy the moment and this beautiful remix by the one and only  @davidrausch.

PREMIÈRE: Aiyu - Marrow (David Rausch Remix) [Hug Records]

Zoe Reijue is a musician and DJ from Moscow, Russia. Formerly a composer
with an acoustic piano direction, she produces electronic music since
2020. On this track, she also sang her own vocals and we were absolutely
in love with it when she send it to us.

We thought that it's a great track to build an EP around, which takes
the track in different directions. This remix comes from Jiony from
Mexico, he will be joined by Thommie G from the Netherlands, Daniel
Verhagen from Australia, and Klangdruide from Switzerland. All
interpreting Zoe's track in their own way.

As always 50% of the profit from this release is donated to our social
