jrg_one is Jackson Garland. He makes sounds. He makes videos. He currently plays in the space jazz trio Mukang Fields and makes retro synthwave music on his own when he has time. He lives in Hanoi with his family and dog. Once upon a time he was in a space-rock band called RandomK(e) and a bluegrass band called The Redbucks, both based in Beijing. Some of those groups' tunes can be found here in addition to more experimental jrg_one solo material.
