Music spanning many worlds - the journey takes me to many places, and i like visiting them all!   My main outlet lately is at free-form dance jams, where the movers and musicians can merge if the stars align.  I've also led my  "Vocal Voyagers" singing circles (www.myspace.com/vocalvoyagers), and also my "Instant Choir" school program (www.soundseeds.com/instantchoir.htm), and also love to play at any campfire / potluck / gathering I can. I've played for festivals, dance and theatre performances, schools, and many other venues, and I welcome invitations to host gatherings at which we can create together!  

My music that I create on my own (or with others) encompasses the sublime, the playful, the joyful, the contemplative, the raucous - I can't really pin myself down to one "sound,"  or one instrument - I love voice, guitar, piano, balafon, drums, and anything else I find in the moment.  Sometimes it's just a good old "song," but often I dive into looping as a way to build my own little party.   I resist having a "brand" for myself, one kind of sound that people can expect.  Maybe someday I will try to narrow my style that I put out to the public, in the meantime you (and I) never know what comes next ...

Humaneyes is a primarily instrumental project. Continuity, groove, and theme development is favored over precision, editing. All tracks are either entire recordings or excerpts from longer pieces which showcase a best-of that session.
