Q. How would you describe yourself?
A. soundbender / fire type 

Q. What's your relationship to the NY music scene?
A. New York is home! I moved to New York from Michigan when I was 18, spent ten years there and started Human Pitch with Simisea when we were young pups. I’ve lived in Mexico City where my partner’s from after learning Spanish and finding community here but New York is the place on Earth where I still feel most at home thanks in no small part to its music communities over the years: from Slink to BRB to Sustain to the Lot and putting on weird, outsider affairs at Trans Pecos, 285 Kent and Ran Teahouse where I met my besties in Asa Tone.

Q. Tell us a little bit about this mix.
A. I’m feeling spicy as of late and am putting out records in that orbit, so here’s a mix that echoes this sensibility and some bits I’ve got in the proverbial crate for Sustain Tokyo 3.0
