Thank you for letting me play my heart out for this one, on a great system and most importantly with an amazing, open minded crowd that is eager to be surprised. Also a big Dōmo arigatōgozaimasu to all the RDC Team and DJs, the friends and dancers who came along for the ride.

Running Hot is producer and DJ Mark Newman. He discovered rave when he was 13 via a tape from his mate at school which has led to a lifelong love affair. He is is orignally from South Wales and now resides in Berlin running with the Love On The Rocks crew... This mix is based on his love of Italo-house. It's a nice one... Enjoy.

"I recorded this one in the middle of another frosty and grey morning in Berlin so I wanted to try and conjure up some of the spirit of summer. I’d had the idea for a while to try and do a mix with a lot of very pitched down Italo-house stuff so that it almost starts to sound a bit like kwaito and has a nice laid back feel… So here it is! Hope you enjoy!"

"The following is a mix to enjoy while alone, weather its on the bus, plane, sitting in a park, at the beach or when you want to nap... ESP when you want to NAP!!! It takes from the 50s,60s'70s''80's eras, a time when lyrics told you stories and guitars made you feel warm and fuzzy. This isn't a mix of obscure tracks you've never heard to prove my 'diggin clout' but a mix to just sit back and enjoy, Loves songs that relax you and make you drift way and at some points you can even sing along.  It also features a few tracks my mum and dad would sit and play us on the farm (the Everly brothers) and a movie that our family was obsessed with it. (La bamba). These particular tracks take me to a time when I fell in love with the stories in songs and it was the start of my obsession for music you enjoy! NFTCM (not for the chins mix)"
