It started after a few years of stomping to transcendental rythms in the forests of Norway. After listening and re-listening multiple times over the recordings of live sets these DJs played, I eventually started mixing sounds myself. 

Since then I have treated the music as an electric drum, working as a multitool for self expression, healing, transcendental experiences, meditation, and ecstatic dance.

Trust the relentless rythm and it will carry you through. I play with contrasts and alternate between light and dark soundscaping, and all is with good intent. It is in the dark your own light will shine the brightest.

Emerging from the deep fjords and scenic landscapes of Trondheim, Norway, Barkebille is a Psytrance DJ and psychedelic artist that has embarked on a sonic odyssey that transcends the ordinary.
