Budai több, mint három évtizede a hazai elektronikus tánczenei szcéna egyik legkiemelkedőbb alakja. Munkássága olyannyira szerteágazó, hogy néhány mondatban összefoglalni lehetetlenség. Íme DJ Budai karrierjének főbb állomásai a hőskortól napjainkig.

DJ Budai a ’80-as évek végén tanulta ki a DJ szakmát, és innen kezdte meg karrierje tudatos építését. A ’90-es évek közepétől a két balatoni szuperklub, a Flört és a Palace állandó fellépőjévé vált, ’95-re már a hazai elektronikus tánczenei szcéna meghatározó alakja lett. Ekkoriban indult a Mayday és a Hyperspace is, aminek hosszú éveken át állandó fellépője volt. (ugye azok a reggel 6-kor kezdődő szettek megvannak?)
Budai barátaival 1995-ben alapította meg az akkoriban még csak néhány oldalon megjelenő egyetlen magyar elektronikus zenei magazint, a FreeE-t. Az újság egyre bővült, felkarolván az elektronikus tánczene számtalan irányzatát, és egy generáció havi alapolvasmányává vált. Később már több, mint 100 oldalon jelent meg, havonta CD melléklettel és azzal az eltökélt céllal, hogy támogassa és felkarolja a honi fiatal tehetségeket. Több DJ és producer is a magazinnak köszönheti karrierjének indulását.
DJ Budai szélesebb körben azonban akkor vált igazán ismertté, amikor 1997-ben megjelent a Techno-House Classics of '93-96 - Mixed by Budai. Egy igazi trendteremtő mixalbum, amely egy egész lavinát indított el a magyar piacon. Az óriási sikeren felbuzdulva az Universal további két mixlemezre szóló szerződést kötött Budaival, és így jelent meg a Budai - The DJ Mix 2. (1999), majd a Technologic vol. 1 - Mixed By Budai (2001). Egy évvel később az Underground kiadó gondozásában jelent meg a 2002, ahol Budai már nem csak a saját védjegyének számító techno hangzást képviselte, hanem elkalandozott a house mélyebb hangzásvilágába is. 
A fellépések és hivatalos mixek mellett Budai már karrierje elejétől kezdve sikeres producer. Megjelenéseit egyesével felsorolni lehetetlen, ezért itt csak a mérföldkőnek számító saját szerzemények kerülnek említésre. Első sikere a Forthright volt, aminek klipjét a zenetévék is játszották 1999-ben. A DJ Newllal közösen készített Blue Nights Are Beautiful-t az egyik balatoni szuperklub ihlette, és hatalmas klubslágerré vált 2001-ben. Majd egy újabb kollaborációnak köszönhetően (Budai & Vic) számtalan kiemelkedő szerzemény látott napvilágot (Macoosa, That's What We Call Phunky, I Love Deep, Once Again, Luv U, U Just Don't Know, Viami Mice). A Vic-kel közös munka eredményeként született meg saját kiadójuk, az Egotraxx Records, ahol saját techno trackjein kívül megjelent Markantonio, Marko Nastic, Alexander Koning, DJ Preach és Allan Banford munkája is. A lágyabb hangzásvilágot pedig a 2005-ben létrehozott I Love Deep Records képviselte. A kiadó dalai megjelentek Nic Fanciulli, The Timewriter és Terry Lee Brown Junior mixalbumain is.
Budai hírnevének és tehetségének köszönhetően játszott már a legendás londoni Fabric-ben és a Ministry of Soundban, és ez a két fellépés számára mind hangtechnikailag, mind klub szinten élményszámba ment. Idehaza a sokak által ismert Budai All Night Long születésnapi fellépés során találkozhattatok vele, ahol Magyarország egyik legkedveltebb techno DJ-jeként szórakoztatja közönségét egész éjszaka.

Ellie, techno DJ/Producer, was born in Russia and since 2016 'd been living in Athens. 
She recently stood up on the path of DJ-ing by enthusiasm she got,  experiencing and enjoying techno from all its perspectives: hypnotic/ ambient / hardtechno.

Started recording in the middle of 2018 and already in 2019 she had been handled a weekly radio show for 7 months on dancinginrec.com sharing emotions in a great tracks' selection. In August 2020 became a resident DJ on Fnoob techno radio with her show Sense 8  w/ Ellie, In 2022 became a resident dj on the local radio station and in 2023 started the path with the show Sense on Outerrim.tv

Started producing in 2020 and signed with labels: Dead Groovy Music, Neu Gravity, Toxic Recordings,Let's Techno, Construct techno, Tattix Records

Her guest mixes appeared on the other worldwide radio shows such as Fnoob techno radio, Flintshire, Di.fm/minimal , Cuebase-fm.de/black , Quest Radio, Dance tunes radio, Technolocos web radio. 

By now she has a collection of guest mixes, recorded for Dark modular, Afterdark Athens, TehnoBulgaria, The Chamber Session, Re-Connect, RadioLDN, Dirtcast,  Musica Directory Ramnus Label  and X-session .
