I know it’s been years since we last saw each other. It was over 20 years ago when you took in this lost rabbit looking for a place in this world. You gave me adventure, ecstasy, danger, music, silliness, fashion, love, and most of all, family.  You keep tempting me to come back to your dusty embrace, but I just can’t. It’s not you, it’s me. A lot has changed. You won’t believe how far I can run, I can probably finish the Burnjng Man Ultra. But, if it wasn’t for you, I wouldn’t be who I am today. You will always be my first love, and I want you to embrace the new, the curious, and the lost, like you did to me. Please take care of my friends as they make their journey back to your arms. There is so much finality with word ‘never,’ so I don’t want to say that. Instead I’ll just say “Fuck Your Burn”.

From darkness to sunrise, I had the honor to play this set on top of "Charlie the Unicorn" (the legendary art car) surrounded by close and new friends @ Burning man 2015.

DEEP PLAYA Sunrise set on Charlie the UNICORN

This set was recorded live on the Disco Space Shuttle with an incredible trumpet player by the name of Pablo (Paul Theodore Chandler). We were engulfed by a massive dust storm for the first couple hours of this set but it didn't slow us down. We kept the vibe going until the skies cleared and provide a beautiful view of the Man burning. 

The final hour of the set was a 2x2 tag team session with Lushbunny while we drove around the Playa looking for trouble. 

Big shoutout to the Disco Space Shuttle crew for sharing their vibe, sound and love with all of us on Burn Night.
