Stella Standingbear is a musician from Salt Lake City, UT. She currently resides on the Pine Ridge Reservation. Her music is melodic rap that gives an uplifting message. In honor of MMIW and Native American Heritage Month 2022, Stella released her debut single, Home Runs. Next, the Lakota Star made her debut performance on Fox13 News Utah. The future is bright with co-signs, interviews, radio plays, major festivals, and arena bookings. On March 23rd, 2023, the Still Standing EP was released. Stella talks about her experience with generational trauma, mental health, and life challenges with an optimistic outlook.
