Sobre a Ableton
QUEM - A Ableton possui perto de uma centena de desenvolvedores de software, pessoal administrativo e especialistas de produto. A companhia é dirigida por Gerhard Behles (CEO) e Bernd Roggendorf (CTO), seus fundadores, e Jan Bohl (COO/CFO). A maoir parte dos Abletons são atuantes em produção musical, apresentações ou DJing.

O QUE - Nós fazemos software para criação, produção e apresentação musical. Nosso principal produto, o Live, introduziu uma nova abordagem para fazer música em computadores no palco e no estúdio que alguns consideram revolucionária. O Live tem alcançado grande receptividade da imprensa e artistas internacionais. Existem atualmente várias centenas de milhares de usuários do Live no mundo todo, e esse número vem crescendo rapidamente.

QUANDO - A Ableton foi fundada em 1999 como uma AG conforme leis Alemãs. O Live foi lançado no mercado no final de 2001. A Ableton Inc., nossa subsidiária nos Estados Unidos, foi incorporada em 2006.

ONDE - O quartel general da Ableton está em Berlin, Alemanha, no distrito central "Mitte", perto de grandes clubes e casas de eventos musicais. Ableton Inc. está em Nova York, no bairro Chelsea em Manhattan, igualmente próximo a grandes clubes e casas de eventos musicais.

PORQUÊ - Nós fundamos a Ableton para poder concretizar nossa visão pessoal sobre uma solução de produção musical baseada em computador. Agora nós temos o prazer de trabalhar com uma equipe de pessoas excepcionalmente brilhantes e talentosas, além da recompensa de servir e interagir com a comunidade de usuários do Live, a mais legal que conhecemos.

I work to balance my compositions with a blend of modern synth, organic percussion and unique sample based production vs. world style drum and percussion grooves, guitar and bass. Mixed with a minimal symphonic orchestration, acoustic piano and rare lead tones.

i'm a musician, and  singer trying to make the most of what talent  i might have to write songs that i enjoy listening to,all home made by me in my mini home studio.i learn something new every day!

The instrument I learned first was the cello, later on the piano. In my childhood and youth I took part in several orchestras and choirs. At the age of 17 I started playing in rock bands; in 1989 me and my friend Daniel ("Vocebasso" and "Liedschmied", you find him here) founded the progressive rock band "The Lynx"
(my functions: keyboards, cello, backing vocals, songwriting and arrangement). In the early 90s I became more and more enthusiastic about electronic music and the German broadcast radio show "Schwingungen" with Winfrid Trenkler. With the help of my first synthesizers Kawai K1 and Korg T3 I started to compose tracks. After using the internal sequencers I discovered the possibilities of Cubase. 
Beside my activities in the cover rock band "Silent Sound", several projects I initiated in my function as a teacher for music in a secondary school and the singer- /songwriter project "WortSpiel" (https://www.facebook.com/DuoWortSpiel) I never stopped composing electronic music in the last 20 years. 
My music is most influenced by orchestral music (classic, soundtracks), progressive rock and pop music and - of course - by electronic music. I will never forget, when I was six years old and my brother put on the record "Oxygene IV" by Jean-Michel Jarre. Another track, which gave me magic moments, was "Force Majeure" by Tangerine Dream. The year 1990 meant the final electronic wake-up call, namely in the form of Ron Boots and his great record "Dreamscape". It's one of my favorites to this day.
The themes of my music are generally the nature, journeys and landscapes, personal relations and emotions and - within these associations - often the longing for inner and outer freedom, for the breakout of boundaries and fears. 
Wiesenberg: That's the maiden name of my mother (by trade a vocalist), which refers back to my roots and to the long way, my ancestors took from Salzburg (Austria) through Königsberg / Kaliningrad (Russia) to Rheda-Wiedenbrück (Germany, North Rhine Westphalia). I walked on - through Lower Saxony to Rhineland-Palatinate. Next stop: Who knows? In the end I am an expellee and a hermit - an "eremit".
