Throughout just a few years of existence Haárps achieved a good reputation for it's production, original touch to witchhouse legacy and it's vision of modern electronic music. Band performs dark pop bearing an imprint of true Russian melancholy.
Being a Moscow based act, Haárps collaborated with a bunch of American & European producers & labels (STYLSS, Gergaz, TeamSupreme, etc). At the same time, the project is still an important part of Russian witchhouse scene (VV17CHØU7, Vedmin Dom). Though  band never tags itself by this genre since the previous name (Vagina Vangi) been changed.

Haárps - Kill or Be Killed

This track was inspired by the execution of Catherine '' La Voisin '' in the year 1680, accused of witchcraft. Quiromante, an abortionist and promoter of Black Masses, became involved in the "Case of Poisons", possibly acting under the influence of Madame de Montespan, the former official mistress (maîtresse-en-titre) of Louis XIV of France. Through the use of sorcery, Madame de Montespan sought to recover the favors of the king, who preferred Mademoiselle de Fontanges.

My Doom

Haárps is a producer and singer known for his dark and atmospheric sound. The project, which began in 2012, has been heavily influenced by gothic and witch house music. After dismissing his previous witch house project in 2012, Haárps released his first two EPs "Mosses & Lichens" and "Towards the Sinister." In 2014, "Spiritual Ties" has been released on Portland-based imprint STYLSS, showcasing a more atmospheric approach. Throughout the years, Haarps has performed live, often joining forces with a second synth player and experimenting with various live musicians on stage. The last release was "Open Ground EP" on #Internetghetto in 2017. Haárps is set to make a comeback in 2023 with their unique blend of doom metal and electronic elements.
