Project Isolar was created as a platform for all creativity by Gert-Inge Nilsson (b.1971) born and raised in Sweden. At a very early age Gert-Inge Nilsson began singing in the children's choir at a local church at age of six. Private singing lessons began at age of eight. Gert-Inge is trained in classical music singing both opera and German lieder and is a tenor. In  1994 Gert-Inge joined fellow musicians Bengt Rosberg and Peter Hallbäck to form a prog rock band called Domino. The band members began to go separate ways musically a few years later. It was then when Gert-Inge had joined a theater (1997) for a leading role, he began to write his own music to the play "Mans kvinna" by famous swedish writer Vilhelm Moberg performed by Kullateatern in Höganäs. 


Gert-Inge choosed to study and got a degree in social psychology and social work and has since 2005 worked as a social worker in Sweden. The love for the music and the need to express himself in a creative way has always been there along with studies and work. Gert-Inge decided to call himself Project Isolar when he wrote music. Project Isolar is in a way Gert-Inge´s inner journey for the love of music, expressing emotions both the joyful and the dark side of man. Somehow the music reflects the people he has met trough work who have been on the rand of despair. His own journey is well described in the music and as well in the art he performs. The spiritual journey Gert-Inge has done the last ten years has resulted in him becoming a Reiki therapeut. 


Project Isolar is inspired by several great musicians. Among those are David Bowie, Pink Floyd, Radiohead, Daft punk, Röyksopp, Orbital and Future sound of London. In fact Isolar was also the name of the 1978 tour by David Bowie.

Hey everyone i am Adro The Toxic Waste and i come from Sardinia (Italy) what about you??? ehehehe. I have been living in UK since 2013 and i am a guitarist based in Brighton and Hove, England. I started when i was 14, just a kid. Always been through music i use to play so many generes and styles such as black, death, thrash metal, hard rock, hardcore, metalcore. From the live houses of the Jing to busking in tunnels (Granted, the 33.3% donation rate was based on the fact that he had removed his stifling white collar shirt and was dancing bare chested) in Singapore, Psychedelic Revolution (aka Psyche Rev) is a one man project that likes most things such as alt r&b and alt rock. Made it as a semi finalist in 'Song of the Year' competition in 2022 with his song 'Cassius.' Finalist in 2023 with 'We'll Go Down.' Finalist in 2024 with 'Sigh' and also taking semi finalist positions with 'Heartbeats & Inner Turmoil' and 'You Had Me'. Finalist in 2025 with 'Cold Cold Storm' and semi finalist with 'So Typical.' Tastes like Kung Pao Chicken. Looks like a cross between Brag Pitt and Heath Leather. Smells like team spirit. Feels like baby powder. Oh the music. Yeah, it sounds good.

Daily Musing:

The schedule is like this cos’ one song takes a huge amount of time to produce. Then the next will be easier as a sort of break. So if I equal any one of these reference tracks I’m doing well. I might get someone to help me with the mastering,. Mastering is pretty cheap. Since 25’s Vesper Lynd took 15 hours of prod work I want to pace myself.

Feb: stomp n holler folk ‘ Sleep Deprivation’ by Chance Pena as inspiration          2/10
March: Serious pop. Srsly. Like indie pop. ‘ Using ‘The Lake Heard Everything’ as inspiration. OK that song might be AI. First time a human is trying to be more like AI instead of the other way around. So this might be our sad song of the year.   5/10
April: shelved retro soul tune
May: Abi’s birthday. I want to do a ‘build up’ rock song. With a lot of suspense.       6/10
June: How to train your dragon theme          10/10
July: daft punk electronic danceable tune.    7/10
August: Trap electronic hybrid. Royalty by Ezgod as inspiration. This is probably the hardest to do as the production is immense on that song. 10/10
Sep:: dark rnb        8/10    using any of 1984’s tracks as inspiration. He’s a very solid producer here on Soundcloud.But I will do a full length cover for once.
