This album was concocted and nightmared up in the deep midst of an acid-soaked summer, and some of us didn't make out the other side. It was strange days on docks and in harbours, staring at impossible horizons, hoping to be stared back at. It was cocaine through a straw, off of a china plate. It was the pissing away of student loans, the unwelcomed texture of sand in shoes through holes from the walking, and it was the height of all the abuse. This and two or three others are the remaining sonic artefacts of such a shambles.

Dedicated to Sam Warren. I see your ghost everywhere, my brother. Everywhere.
