Delforus is a performative ensemble for contemporary music, experimentation and research of innovative techniques for live performance with new musical interfaces. With the addition of elements taken from the visual art sphere our shows can be presented either as real time installations or  electro-acoustic live concert.

Combining Celtic vocal and mandolin melodies, supported by distorted punk-rock electric guitar and rhythm section, Rogues put a lot of energy into their music and it's audibly noticeable and contagious.

Producer/songwriter duo Gordon Huxter and Jon Pike are shaking things up in their hometown of St. John’s. Bringing a fresh blend of alt pop with radio ready production as well as a “but have you seen them live??” concert performance, the pair is making a name for themselves as a band to watch since their inception in March of 2014.

Friends and musical collaborators since high school, Jon (22) and Gordon (21) are the two halves that make up “Everglow”. No strangers to the Atlantic Canadian music scene as former frontman/songwriter for RocketRocketShip, and having completed a program in music production at the Sonic Temple in Halifax, these two found common ground in a shared passion for highly accessible song crafting and exhilarating live performance. 

Releasing their debut single “Outside Looking In”  for the 2014 CBC Searchlight Competition and reaching the Regional Top 10, the pair found themselves at the start of a highly successful first year. Receiving provincial funding for an album, being chosen to showcase for industry professionals at MusicNL Week/East Coast Music Week/Canadian Music Week, performing in front of hundreds (as well as thousands of views on their YouTube page), and garnering media attention including a full page spread in The Telegram (premier local newspaper) made for a strong start. Just to top it off,  Everglow’s proudest achievement is being asked by young fan Abby Quigley, through the Children’s Wish Foundation, to write and record a song with her, granting her wish in December of 2014. 

Releasing their debut album “Ocean Season” in February 2015, the pair is excited to engage an even wider audience with plans to take their thrilling live show on the road. Described by Tara Bradbury of The Telegram as “choreographed like a dance… switching between drums and keys and any number of new instruments” Pike and Huxter put their multi-instrumentalism to the test on stage, striving to one-up themselves with every song and bring a new level of entertainment to the rock show. Travelling to Toronto to showcase for Canadian Music Week 2015, the pair is ready to take their music to the national level.

Engaging fans on social media, releasing radio-ready tracks, and bringing high quality content both on the stage and online (Facebook, Twitter, Youtube), it’s clear that the future is bright for Everglow.
