Ambient Rock Band として活動するも2008年に活動休止。その後 楽曲制作の依頼を切っ掛けに2010年活動再開。　「叙情的」 をコンセプトに置き、スクエアなギターロック や アンビエントなラウンジヒップホップを得意としつつも、様々な角度から「レンジの広い楽曲制作」を展開中です。
