Big EDM is a Music Label and Sound-Design company that was established in 2015 by Roman Trachta – the founder of another well-known sound-designing company W. A. Production. This label is following in W. A.'s footsteps, and is only creating and releasing the most current and mammoth sounds, samples, loops, construction kits, and much more for thousands of producers who want to add fresh ideas to their production. Big EDM will provide their products to all genres including electro, progressive, deep, tropical, future, dubstep, trap and many more.

Rodrigo Borba a.k.a. DJ Hydro, o qual a música sempre fez parte de sua vida em bandas, começou a carrera de DJ em 2009 tocando Psychedelic Trance. 
Logo em 2010, já tocava em diversas festas open air pela região e também em clubs, onde por muitos anos tocou frequentemente no Botequim Sant'anna que por diversas vezes foi eleito a melhor casa de música eletrônica do estado do Rio Grande do Sul.
Nesse meio tempo, Hydro se dedicou a estudar também produção musical e fez algumas tracks em parcerias com outros DJs. Hydro já dividiu palco com nomes de peso, nacionais e internacionais da cena Psytrance e Psyprog, em festivais no estado.
Com sua formação musical vinda de bandas de Metal e Hardcore as quais são músicas mais pesadas, naturalmente foi migrando para o BassMusic, como Dubstep, Drum and Bass, Dirty Electro e Complextro, com fortes influências de artistas como, Excision, Downlink, Zomboy, Skrillex, 12th Planet, Xkore, Datsik, Knife Party, Delta Heavy, Nero, Dirtyphonics, Protohype, Kill the Noise, Far Too Loud, Prodigy, Destroid, etc... 
Após um hiato de 4 anos, Hydro retorna (novembro de 2017) prometendo não deixar ninguém parado com seu set de mixagens precisas nas suas variantes do BassMusic.
