I have a little anxiety here and there and I thought I'd relieve it by writing a song about it and motivating myself (and others hopefully) to keep my head up and go live life like I would without it. It's really hard sometimes. I sometimes have a hard time looking at people in their eyes and if I do for too long, my heart starts to race. Sometimes I start thinking about the hurt in life (everyone's, not only mine) and my chest starts to hurt and I feel guilty not being able to help. A lot of others too but just listen and you'll understand.
