A strong set of original productions and remixes have not only launched Beatman and Ludmilla to the top of their genre, but have also made them firm favourites with Paul Oakenfold. Around this point (2013) I'd really become pretty disenchanted with Breaks. For me the breakneck tempos, shouty MCs, Psy-Trance influences, jungle-bass coldness and EDM-infused sound-palettes had all left me cold ... the genre had taken a series of turns that I just didn't like.

This was a rebuttal to that - a return to simpler times, with slowed down tempos and a seriously deep Reece style bass.
