ARX proudly announces the release of ARX099, a powerful remix of Kemal - Animation by the multi talented producer Silent Extent. This reimagined version breathes new life into the classic track, blending deep, atmospheric textures with intricate rhythmic elements, showcasing Silent Extent's signature sound design.
Originally crafted by Kemal (aka Konflict), Animation is a revered piece of drum & bass history, known for its relentless energy and futuristic soundscapes. Silent Extent's remix pays homage to the original while introducing fresh, hypnotic layers, making it a must-listen for fans of ARX experimental and innovative drum & bass. With support from Kemal and Rob Data and others, this track has become a highpoint of ARX season 2 2025!!

First time playing Bristol, I have so much love and gratitude to the Croakheads for this opportunity! It was such a fun night, really meant the world to be on opening duties for you 💜 Thank you thank you!

Decided to go for deep dark roller vibes for this one to match the basement energy, but lead into the more playful bouncy stuff towards the end. Been experimenting more with mixing and overlaying vocals, something I’ve always been quite cautious of for fear of clashing - but I love how they can support each other and tease the audience into the next track too.
