I dig your style of music and even though these songs are speed compositions, they're solid! Extremely interested in going through your whole catalog as time allows. Came in on Day 13, BTW. Keep it up!

so it begins.

as my bio mentions, this is something i'm doing inspired by what @ paperaviator did. namely, they decided to challenge themself into composing one song a day, for 100 days. no restrictions whatsoever, just practice composing by actually composing, *to no audience*.

i thought it was a great idea, because in a sorta similar vein to them, i have a desire to create and share things but at the same time i feel like i'm stuck doing the same generic things and not improving or expanding my horizons, so i feel kind of "ashamed" to share things if they're not immediately amazing (and for some dumbass reason if what i compose is not "shareable", i stop composing lol). using a secondary empty (and audience-less) account really gives me the freedom to do pretty much whatever, so i'm giving this challenge a shot myself.

- i'll try to limit myself to at most 1.5 hours of composing a day (i got stuff to do and this will also force me to be more confident in what i do)
- borrowing and/or being heavily inspired by others is fine i guess, this is a sort of study after all and it's not like i'm planning to sell these
- doesn't have to be "complete" or "professional" or something, as long as i do stuff
- i may want to try and give a same genre/style another shot in case i feel like i could do it better justice next time
- for the love of god stick to this shit (i have terrible discipline)

i'm expecting my first 10 or 20 songs to be similar to what i usually do (i.e. uninteresting). let's see how it goes. if this doesn't work and i still suck at composing by the end of it, then at least i can say i tried.
