With the holiday season upon us, the curmudgeonly Grinch launches his master plan...with a deadly virus, he shall cancel Christmas, banishing all the holiday icons to a faraway land where they can't bring cheer to all the good children in the human world. Can one little troublemaker from Illinois be the key to bringing back the Christmas spirit?

The Sugar-Plum Forest from the Nutcracker takes the place of Waterfall. A war is eternally waging within it between the nutcrackers and the armies of the Mouse King. Almost the entire forest is made of candy and sweets, so no one ever runs out of energy. Several sub-locations are hidden within it, which Kevin can only discover by spelunking through these mysterious woods...

BITTERSWEETS | A Nutcracker Act II Megalo (Holiday Special)

*This is one of 8 songs composed for the Leap!/Ballerina Suite of music songs.*
[Track 08/08]

At last... the grand finale is here! This is the last song in the Leap!/Ballerina Suite, and is a fanmade ending theme for the movie. What better time to close the suite with the first time I saw "Leap!" in theaters, September 10th (which I like to dub "Leap Appreciation Day")?

The context should be self-explanatory, but in case you don't know, this is for when Félicie achieves her dream of becoming a star dancer in the Paris Opera Ballet. "Life Is A Dance" is meant to send off the main theme of the story, "Never give up on your dreams," and contains references to Tchaikovsky's "Waltz of the Flowers" and the 1st section of "Dream".

Note: The song is not to be confused with John Michael Montgomery's 1992 song of a similar name.

I think this is the first ever Megalo to exist that's based off of "The Nutcracker", or a ballet in general. Hope you enjoy, and Happy Holidays!
