This is the first episode of Hyper Hyper about the NFT, but certainly not the last one, because asking questions:
☞   how creators, artists, art workers can sustain themselves in the 21st century,
☞   how to subvert the spaces which were absorbed by the neoliberal dream of Silicon Valley,
☞  how to organise ourselves to reorganise these spaces, create new ones, 
☞  how to address the problem of the ecological cost of technology,
 these are all important questions that concern us directly and we should not only be included in these discussions but be active in creating them.

Here it is! Another podcast in our series, brought to you by our fav Violet and this time the queen of breaks recorded a beautiful ambient mix that will calm your nerves after a very long day.

If you were living under a rock in 2018, you probably haven't heard of her, but that would be quite surprising. She runs the already legendary label naive, she has contributed mixes for Beats In Space, Dekmantel, Crack, The Ransom Note, Mixmag and Cómeme as well as having radio appearances on Rinse - where she currently holds a four-month residency - NTS and The Lot. In her home city Lisbon, Violet is contributing to her local scene from different angles. She’s co-founded the online radio station Rádio Quântica and also the mina collective – a queer rave in unexpected venues (one of the members of mina will be our guest during our birthday party in April!). As a producer, she has released music on One Eyed Jacks and Love On The Rocks, self-released collaborations with artists likes Elles, DEBONAIR and Nightwave for International Women’s Day, remixed on
Cómeme and established her own label – Naive. The first self-released EP on it, “Togetherness” resonated widely, using the sound of familiar breaks and twisting them into new contexts with dub-inspired bass, brass flourishes and dreamy chords. 

And now it's time for a beautiful peaceful journey.
