The South Africa’s rising Hip-hop star Mpho "SLIM VETT" Samuel was born and raised in Mamelodi/Pretoria. The development of his unique style is inspired by rappers like Eminem,Kendrick Lamar,Schoolboy,K.O & Reason HD. Growing up in a musical background meant that SLIM VETT was always surrounded by different forms of music Such as Rap & House-music ect,He is a self-taught amazing Lyricist,producer & Songwriter. he started by writing inspiring poems at the age of 16 years and recorded his first song at the age of 17 until his friend/fellow rapper K9NE T9NE featured him on a song called "On Ma Level" which was recorded in his bedroom studio.he decided to pursuit music as a career,and began writing and recording his own music at his bedroom studio. As his confidence grew and his style developed, he soon began to showcase his talent to various venues across South Africa, playing at numerous gigs. His loyal following began to grow, and he slowly becoming popular.
