The 90s trip-hop-inspired “Unseen” is the latest single from Hyperlink Dream Sync, the electronic trio of Neil Scrivin, Eric Sferro and Juno-nominated Hayley Stewart.

“Unseen” conjures images of technology infrastructure hidden in the landscape, with high-frequency trading towers serving as one of the muses for Stewart’s lyrics. After all, the internet is a key element in HDS’s work - the band works remotely since Scrivin, Sferro and Stewart live in the UK, US, and Canada, respectively.

The Motion Epic is a Synth-Pop/Retrowave Project by Singer/Songwriter and Multi-Instrumentalist, Pat DiMeo.

The 1980s were a time of bright colors, high energy, big hair and expansive dreams and ambitions. For those who experienced it first hand, it was the height of pop culture as movies, music, television, fashion and even politics were more upbeat and optimistic. Succeeding generations see it as a fascinating, uncomplicated bygone era with iconic imagery, sounds and styles that continue to influence us to this day. The 1980s were a significant time for so many people, and they continue to inspire and entertain.

Pat DiMeo is an artist who wants to bring that positive tone, enthusiasm and fun back to concert venues and home audio systems through his innovative Retro Pop music and live performance experiences. DiMeo is more than just a musician and songwriter, he is a cultural touchstone, whose very appearance, approach to his original music and showmanship are more than simple adaptations of 1980s couture.

A selection of reimagined Above & Beyond hits and catalogue classics, “Acoustic III” will be released on Anjunabeats this summer.

The band have once again enlisted musical director and producer Bob Bradley to arrange and co-produce “Acoustic III”. The album is a subtle departure from the first two albums in this well-loved series. Fans can expect more uptempo arrangements, bold brass instrumentation and just the right amount of funk. In Bradley’s words: “More Quincy Jones and a little less orchestral, with some really intimate moments.”

“Acoustic III” will feature completely new arrangements of some of the biggest hits from Above & Beyond’s #3 Billboard Hot 100 Album “Common Ground”, including Northern Soul, My Own Hymn and Happiness Amplified, plus reinterpretations of 2019 club singles ‘There’s Only You’ and ‘Waltz’.
The album is set for release in summer 2020 on Anjunabeats and will be supported by a tour of some of the most prestigious concert venues in the UK and North America, including London’s Royal Albert Hall and The Alexandra Palace Theatre, New York’s Radio City, The Kennedy Centre in Washington DC, plus the Greek Theatre in Los Angeles and Berkeley. The tour culminates with a special performance at Red Rocks Amphitheatre on July 1, accompanied by the Colorado Symphony.
