Originally from Buenos Aires and now living the dream in Berlin and London, I've spent the last fifteen years mastering the art of DJing. My love for 90s dance music passed down from my mom and grandma, got me hooked on vinyl and dance beats from a young age. My record collection became my most valuable possession and has followed me loyally everywhere I go.

Lately, I've been busy in the studio, working on new music. My first track was released last July, and I'm excitedly cooking up Tremendo Recordings, my new record label, which will spotlight some gems from the past, with its first release coming out in September.  

As co-founder and booker of Hypersoft, a Berlin-based queer collective and club night, I'm all about creating inclusive dance spaces and giving fresh and seasoned DJs a stage, all while backing Queer, FLINTA+, and humanitarian causes. A very good friend ( and probably my N°1 fan) once described my DJ style as "a wild mix of 90s progressive house and trance, spiced with crazy Acid House, analogue synth, and Belgian new beat vibes, with a dash of psychedelic space techno." And I couldn't agree more with my friend's words.

Berlin’s Hypersoft collective kick off their new label with a 15-track VA raising
funds for trans youth and a launch party at OHM.

The collective, run by Berlin and London-based DJs TPR and DJ TEETH, emerged onto the scene in 2022 and is known for balancing breakthrough and established artists from the new school of the progressive landscape with legends and innovators of the scene, a resident lineup that includes Cromby, Bambi and Bliss Inc. and guests ranging from Sunju Hargun and Spekki Webu to nd_baumecker and Jane Fitz.

Their first release as a label follows the same principle: Adam Pits, Angel D’lite,
Bliss Inc., Cromby, D. Tiffany & Dugong, DJ TEETH, Desire, Dylan Forbes, E-Talking, Eoin DJ, Frederik Tollund, Inner Zone, Kasper Marott, Lisene and Running Hot all contribute to a VA that represents the nexus point where multiple axes of the current club landscape converge. Futuristic neo-prog and razor-sharp tech house, heavy progressive rollers and massive dancefloor bombs, percussive acid workouts and lush, synth-driven HD prog, neo-trance vocal euphoria, feel-good house, dreamy breaks and UK rave nostalgia: It’s all here, colliding on a VA that explores the spaces inbetween and a vision of things to come.

This month, HORS-SOL brings TPR, one of the minds between Berlin based queer party & collective Hypersoft, for one hour of proper trancey house.

@revivis is a London-born, Berlin-based producer and DJ who’s been immersed in electronic music for over two decades. Drawing on the groove-driven aesthetic of mid-'90s to early-’00s sounds, blending elements of trance, Italo, tech-, progressive, and percussive house, his debut EP dropped in 2018 on Cinthie’s We R House label, followed by a string of well-received EPs on Neotropiq and Semi Delicious. 

In 2023 he launched his own label, Santo Tomas, and its vinyl-only offshoot Santo Tomas Edits, as dedicated platforms for his own productions—now moving into their fifth and sixth releases after four sold-out records. His productions have been supported by the likes of Alex Kassian, Jennifer Cardini, PARAMIDA, Ryan Elliott, Sedef Adasï and Secretsundaze, a testament to his clarity, range and deep connection to his craft.

“Although I predominantly play older music from the 90s to 00s, I think it’s important to still play current music and support the ecosystem of the scene - even more so as an active label owner. With summer and Hypersoft in mind, I put together a mix of old and new house records that I felt were uplifting – but with slight toughness to them.”

Nice Mix 011 – Revivis

@transmigration_records is a Berlin-based record label and archive dedicated to reissuing temporarily lost or forgotten psychedelic electronic music.

Founded in 2022 by Irish DJ David Fogarty, the label has since gathered momentum and recognition for breathing new life into niche catalogues – often forgotten ambient and trance records from the ’90s – through careful restoration and presentation to new audiences.

Like many of the best record labels, Transmigration’s output is reflective of what you might hear in one of David’s DJ sets. Drawing from a wide-ranging record collection, he occupies a unique space that blends the deeper ends of house, techno, and trance, in a way that appeals to both large audiences and hardcore music nerds alike.

We caught up with David to talk shop on the story behind Transmigrations, and what it’s like running an independent label in 2025.
