Buffalo-bred, Brooklyn-based—Homage Records Co-Founder Ryan Clover is ready to make waves. After five years of experimentation in the studio, toggling in Ableton, and pursuing the art of engineering records, the producer/DJ has just released his second EP "Disrespectful" which dropped on Berlin's ARTS, and it's safe to say this one was built to destroy a warehouse.
 
Clover's been tinkering with the ins and outs of music-making since he was rooting on the Bills in PJs while banging on Tupperware in his family's living room. Like many, he found his way into bedroom, in-the-box programs like FL Studio, rubbing shoulders with college contemporaries in the music scene while growing a natural affinity to the process of taking a track from an idea to a feeling—and finished product.

A self-proclaimed perfectionist and lover of all styles of music and self-expression, Clover found his footing in dance music, but always with a toe or two towards finding where underground styles and what surrounds them come together to make beautiful boom boom. It's no surprise then that his tracks, which he's quietly sent privately to friends, sent with love via DMs, and even stuffed in plastic baggies, have made their way into DJs' sets & radio shows from the likes of TSHA, The Blessed Madonna, Denis Sulta, KETTAMA, and Justin Cudmore.

@Will Hofbauer debuts on Aus Music with ‘Four! Beats!’.
Will Hofbauer has been carving out his idiosyncratic niche in dance music for the past few years, with releases on Rinse FM, Wisdom Teeth and his Third Place seeing critical acclaim as well as high-profile co-signs from the likes of Ben UFO, rRoxymore, Lukas Wigflex, Dr Banana and now, Will Saul and his indomitable Aus Music imprint.
Hofbauer’s ‘Ah! Bats!’ is up first on ‘Four! Beats!’, featuring a speedy dembow beat, rowdy vocal chops, and call-back, signature use of subtle animal sounds that fit right in. The aptly named ‘8 Bar Baile’ is next, a baile funk track built up like 8 bar grime, swapping rhythm in every section for a high-energy, peak-time affair.
Smooth and introspective house cut ‘Scrumble’ then sees whimsical bursts of synths splash on top of delicate drums before Will Hofbauer’s ‘Moss On’ dives deeper underwater with loose arrangement and tripped-out instrumentation.
