Crisis returns with a new digital only series by Belgian producer Datawave, whose unique approach on electro was foreshadowed by previous releases on Mechatronica and Natural Sciences.

From the opening arpeggio bassline of Red Nebula, embedded into discrete yet tense energy, leading through Metathesis’ other-wordly noises, and finally breaking out of the cocoon with Chrysalis’ needle-sharp beat — Datawave’s Inceptive EP is infused with space themes and human emotions that echo through dreamy soundscapes.

Rounding up the EP is Exhausted Modern’s remix of Red Nebula. One half of Prague’s Endless Illusion crew, he has established his work as a producer on labels like Brokntoys and VEYL and contributes to Inceptive with a more organic and analogue re-interpretation that perfectly accentuates the original’s essence.

Coming soon on the Singapore-based techno imprint, Midnight Shift is the mini LP, "Superior Life Forms" courtesy of French techno luminary, Umwelt! It's set for release via limited edition, marbled vinyl on October 11th. Then shortly thereafter, the album will hit the digital shelves on October 25th. In the meantime though we have special premiere taken from that very album. It's a crisp, yet tough electro banger rinsed with a generous amount of acid and it is titled "Shadow Entity."

The origins behind that of Proxyan, our focus of today are hidden deep behind the technologic facade that has been crafted and moving emphasis on to the music itself. Music which we’re extremely happy to premiere at Delayed today.

Network 313 is full on rave mode. Think peak time, electro tinged break beat that goes and goes. Saw-like bass lines, joined with some leads that could blow apart a small room or fill a large one, everything about this track means business. If all of that doesn’t paint nearly a good enough picture, just imagine a smoke filled room, with neon lasers, strobes and old CRT televisions. You know, the kind you had growing up.That would be this tune embodied.

Network 313 is also part of a 4 track EP, including a remix from Tracey. So if you’re digging this harder electro sound, definitely check out the rest of the EP coming soon on the 27th of September off of SoHaSo. You will not be disappointed.
