With its 10th edition, Dalmata Daniel’s split series brings together two artists who have both left their mark on the label’s compilations, now presenting their first full releases on the imprint. Anatolian Weapons and The Spy approach electronic music from different angles, one rooted in hypnotic techno rituals, the other in raw electro and post-punk energy. Both craft sounds that thrive in the shadows of the dancefloor.

On the A-side, Anatolian Weapons delivers three cold, hypnotic cuts. "Trapped" opens with heavy EBM percussion and a buzzkill bassline, setting a tense, mechanical tone. "Further Spiralling Down" sinks deeper into darkness with a grinding low end, tight drums, and electro-tinged claps, forming the side’s relentless highlight. "Apathy Through Shock" closes with pounding, catatonic rhythms and a mournful, otherworldly melody, pushing the listener into disorienting depths.

Flipping over, The Spy’s raw, electro-driven energy takes hold. "Same Blur" channels sharp electro beats with a punkish sneer and cosmic synth lines. "Falling", featuring The Spy’s own vocals, leans into melancholic new wave, pairing bouncy rhythms with bittersweet melodies. The closing "Pretending" drifts into the darkest corners, offering low-slung, haunted electro layered with distant, spectral harmonies.

For the 33rd release of the Acid Avengers series, they invited two projects made by four veterans of the french electronic scene. Fondzyo, a new duo composed of John Lord Fonda and Kazyo, is delivering here its first release. Nomenklatür, the pair formed by the founders of Elektrofon. On this new split EP, both projects offer a 303 journey made with mental groove, deep rythms and of course some pure acid. Five tracks designed for the floor.

New Beat swagger meets EBM menace on the latest Kri release. New York based producer, DJ and Samo Records owner Facets channels the raw spirit of late ’80s New Beat and EBM into a modern club context with stripped-down rhythms and tense electronics lock.

Four original tracks are bolstered with two heavyweight remixes courtesy of Marcello Giordani, the Italo Deviance maestro, and the iron-fisted British techno icon Broken English Club / Oliver Ho.

This release features four, plus three digital bonus original tracks, aiming to provide a clear sound identity for the artist. The A-side opens with “Calls from Salem”, a dystopian slow burner that sets the tone with broken-beat percussion and dissonant synth stabs. “Steel Chair” surges forward with unrelenting force, propelled by serrated arpeggios and a barrage of fragmented vocals that rise and fall within the space, crafted for peak-time eruption.

Flipping to the B-side, “Paid Dividends” reaches full intensity, layering hammering kicks and percussion, while the low end rumbles with tectonic weight, amplifying the energy to fever pitch. Closing the record on a more contemplative note, “We Are The Universe” slows the pace, easing the tension and drifting into deeper territory. Echoing chords drift into space, layered with fragile percussive details and low, throbbing pulses. It’s a meditation on collapse and renewal, offering a moment of breath after the storm.

Extending beyond the physical record, this release comes with three extra digital exclusives. "Moonlighting" is another dancefloor stomper, capturing the tension and guiding dancers into a space where time dissolves, while in "Keygen Music", the rhythm remains grounded, but it is softened by melodic fragments that swirl in and out like fleeting memories.
